December 10, 2014 – The Olympic Music Festival (OMF) held its first winter house concert in Seattle featuring performances by festival violinist Kristin Lee with artistic director Julio Elizalde. The event, “A Night in Paris,” featured works by composers that were active in the Parisian music parlors in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The musical evening, the first of its kind produced by the festival, paralleled the fall donor campaign that raises funds for the operational costs faced during the winter months between summers. The successful fundraising event brought together committed friends of the OMF and new Seattle-based music lovers that have not yet attended the summer concerts in the barn. The program from the evening is listed below.
