2023 HEALTH & SAFETY UPDATES

HEALTH & SAFETY

The Olympic Music Festival follows all recommendations by the Jefferson County Health Department, which strongly urges guests to consider wearing a mask in all indoor settings when:

  • You’re sick.

  • Those around you are sick.

  • The indoor space you’re in is crowded and not well ventilated.

  • You care for people who are vulnerable to severe illness, such as those 65 and older or who are immunocompromised.

We at the Olympic Music Festival ask that you strongly consider staying home if you are sick. We would be happy to issue a refund if this is the case. Though we will have several air purifiers set-up throughout the Wheeler, we do not want to put any of our audience members at risk.

Though we will not require that all audience members wear a mask, we will have KF94/KF95/N95 masks available upon request at all performances.

IN CASE OF POLICY CHANGES

The Olympic Music Festival reserves the right to change health and safety measures, and will alert ticket-holders of any changes prior to concerts.

EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS?

Please stay home if you are having any signs of cold or flu symptoms. All concert tickets are fully refundable, or can be exchanged for a future date.

IN PERSON AND VIRTUAL

Concerts will be recorded and saved to a virtual archive gallery in October 2023.

Donors who give $500 or more annually automatically receive access to OMF past concert archives (archives are updated the following spring).

SAFETY AT THE VENUE

WHEELER THEATER

The Wheeler Theater is a 280 seat venue with theater-style seating. The front row contains 8 spots with moveable chairs for wheelchair accessible seating.

Air purifiers will run during performances, and doors will be left open before concerts and at intermission to promote air circulation in the venue space.

Ticketing, donations, and other services at each concert will be provided outside to decrease traffic in common areas in the theater.
