If you reach the voicemail system during box office hours, please leave a message that includes your phone number. We are probably on the phone with another customer, but we will return your call as soon as possible.
ADA Access
The Wheeler Theater has seating accessible to users with wheelchairs or walkers in the front row. Seats A7–A14 are removable chairs (please note that any of the removable chairs can be purchased as companion seats, however, they do not have arm rests).
Refunds, Exchanges
All sales are final. No Refunds. You may exchange your ticket for another concert or as a credit to your account for a future performance. If you need to adjust your ticket purchase, please reach out to OMF staff 24 hours prior to the concert. Refunds and Exchanges will not be processed on the day of the concert.
Audio and Video Recording
By entering our events, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By attending, you consent to your voice and likeness being used by Olympic Music Festival for promotional, webcasting, or advertising purposes. You release the organizers from liability connected with this recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, please do not enter the premises. Thank you.
Venues and Directions
THE WHEELER THEATER
Olympic Music Festival concerts will take place at the Wheeler Theater at Fort Worden State Park in Port Townsend. Address: 25 Eisenhower Ave, Port Townsend, WA 98368
The Wheeler Theater seats approximately 275 patrons. Individual theater seats are reserved for you at the time of your ticket purchase.
The theater is ADA-accessible. If you need to accommodate a walker or a wheelchair, please call our office to reserve your seats (360) 385-9699. If you have questions about where best to sit to accommodate your party, please call. Listening devices are also available.
Doors open at 1:15 PM for seating and concerts begin at 2 PM. Our venue accommodates assigned seating, so you may arrive at any time after the doors open to find your seats.
PARKING: Parking is available across the street from the Wheeler Theater. Volunteers will be available to direct parking between 1 and 2 PM on concert days.
ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE WHEELER: There is also a circle drive in front of the theater for dropping off and picking up patrons before and after the concerts.
VISITING FORT WORDEN: The Wheeler Theater is located directly inside the gates of Fort Worden State Park. Fort Worden has plenty of places to explore with long stretches of sandy beaches, a pier, kayak rentals, hiking trails, bunkers, coffee shop and even a new pub opening directly across the street from the Wheeler Theater. We hope you take the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful park before or after the concert.
WASHINGTON STATE DISCOVER PASS: Update 2025 | A Washington State Discover Park pass is now required to access and park in all areas of the park. All parking areas that require a pass are clearly labeled with "Discover Pass Required" signage. You can purchase day or annual passes from a credit card kiosk located near the Ranger booth on Parade Grounds.

From the Hood Canal Bridge From WA - 104 West
At the second round-about, turn right onto WA-19 N. Follow WA -19 N, which continues as WA-20 into Port Townsend (~16 miles).
Once you arrive in Port Townsend, continue on WA-20/Sims Way until you reach Kearney Street. Turn left onto Kearney St. Take a Right on 19th St. then take a Left onto Walker St. Follow the signs to Fort Worden State Park. The Wheeler Theater is the second building on the left once you enter the park.
From Sequim/Port Angeles via Highway 101
Take Highway 101 toward Discovery Bay. In Discovery bay, Follow signs for WA – 20 Port Townsend and take a left onto WA -20 and follow for approx. 8 miles. Take another left at the WA – 20 intersection. Continue on to Port Townsend.
Once you arrive in Port Townsend, continue on WA-20/Sims Way until you reach Kearney Street. Turn left onto Kearney St. Take a Right on 19th St. then take a Left onto Walker St. Follow the signs to Fort Worden State Park. From Quilcene via Highway 101
Take Highway 101 toward Discovery Bay. Follow signs for WA – 20 Port Townsend and take a right onto WA -20. Follow for approx. 8 miles. Take a left at the WA – 20 intersection. Continue on into Port Townsend.
